Ms. Butabayeva is a recognized expert in the field of registration and protection of intellectual property and legal representation for more than 10 years.  Prior to joining Legalmax, Janneta carried out professional activities in the largest intellectual property practice among international law firms present in Kazakhstan.

Ms. Butabayeva has extensive experience in the field of trademarks, and conducting litigation relating to aspects of unfair competition and counterfeiting.
